Traktorski cepilnik TMV 14 T je primeren za uporabnike, ki potrebujejo zanesljiv in funkcionalen cepilnik za delo z drvmi v različnih okoljih. Z visoko delovno hitrostjo in močjo sekanja 14 ton omogoča učinkovito cepljenje, hkrati pa zaradi kompaktnejše zasnove ostaja primeren tudi za manj zmogljive traktorje. Uporaben je tako za krajša kot tudi meterska drva.
Cepilnik ima veliko stabilno podnožje, ki zagotavlja varno delo, ter premično mizo, ki je nastavljiva v treh osnovnih položajih z dodatno vmesno stopnjo. Višina sekanja je nastavljiva z dvojnim omejilcem, največja višina pa znaša 122 cm, kar omogoča delo z daljšimi poleni. Vgrajen je tudi višinomer izklopa sekire, ki pripomore k bolj nadzorovanemu delovnemu ciklu.
Za varnost uporabnika skrbi sistem dvojnih ročk za vklop, medtem ko zložljiv cilinder omogoča lažji transport in enostavnejše shranjevanje. Hidravlična črpalka z multiplikatorjem v kombinaciji z visokopretočnim hidravličnim ventilom zagotavlja zanesljivo in enakomerno delovanje.
Pogon poteka preko kardanskega sistema z multiplikatorjem in hidravlično črpalko, cepilnik pa je prilagojen za 3-točkovni priklop na traktor kategorije Cat 0, Cat 1 ali Cat 2. Za delovanje zadostuje že traktor z minimalno 18 KM, skupna teža stroja pa znaša 200 kg. Miza je serijsko vključena.
